摘要
通过应用化学专业人才培养个案的要素分析和特色分析,可以得出一个判断:浙江工业大学化学工程与材料学院的教学管理已经进入整体性管理阶段。即通过战略性、科学性和可操作性的规划,促进教学工作各要素、层次、结构和功能的优化;促进学科优势向教学优势的转化;促进科学精神与人文精神的结合;促进人才成长与育人环境的协调;促进整体大于部分之合的效应,实现各专业由被组织状态向省内领先、国内知名的一流特色专业的自组织生成演化(即系统优化)。整体性管理是一种先进的管理方式,它既是管理创新的结果,又是提高教学质量培养创新型人才的新方式推进。
A conclusion has been drawn based on the element and characteristic analysis of individual training for those who major in Applied Chemistry. The teaching management in the College of Chemical Engineering and Material Science of Zhejiang University of Technology has entered an integrated management phase, where the optimization of each element, layer, structure and function of the teaching has been improved by strategic, scientific and operational planning; the transformation from major advancement to teaching advancement has been accelerated; the combination of scientific spirit and humanity has been promoted; the harmonization of talent growth and growth environment has been reached; the effect of integration of all parts being better than the sum of all parts has been maximized. The overall goal is to spontaneously turn each major from a state of being organized to a top-ranked major in the Province and a well-known major in the nation, i.e., system optimization. Integrated management is an advanced management style. It is not only a result of innovative management, but also a result of new methodology to improve the teaching quality in order to train new and creative talents.
