蓝参降脂方对高脂模型小鼠血脂水平的影响

Effects of Lanshen Jiangzhifang on blood lipid in hyperlipidemic mice

目的研究蓝参降脂方对高脂模型小鼠血脂水平的影响。方法以高脂肪乳剂连续灌胃建立小鼠高脂血症模型,研究蓝参降脂方对高脂模型小鼠血脂的影响。结果蓝参降脂方能显著降低总胆固醇(TC)(P<0.05或P<0.01)、三酰甘油(TG)(P<0.05或P<0.01)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能显著降低动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)及肝脏指数(P<0.01)。结论蓝参降脂方具有保护肝脏、调节血脂、预防动脉硬化的作用。

Objective To explore the effects of Lanshen Jiangzhifang on blood lipid of mice with hyperlipidemia. Methods The hyperlipemia mice were molded by continuously feeding high-fat diet.The effects of Lanshen Jiangzhifang on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia mice were observed. Results Lanshen Jiangzhifang could decrease the content of TC （P 0.05 or P 0.01）,TG （P 0.05 or P 0.01） and LDL-C （P 0.05 or P 0.01）,and increase the level of HDL- C （P 0.05 or P 0.01）,at the same time,it could decrease atherosclerotic index （AI） and hepatic index （ P 0.01） remarkably.Conclusion Lanshen Jiangzhifang can protect liver,regulate blood lipid and prevent arteriosclerosis.
