2型糖尿病患者伴发骨质疏松症相关危险因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴发骨质疏松症(OP)的相关危险因素。方法根据患者的骨密度值将其分为OP组、非OP组,对比两组患者的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、病程、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、空腹C肽、尿微量白蛋白、血清钙、血清磷、肝功能、血脂等指标的差异,并进行回归分析。结果与非OP组比较,OP组年龄大,病程长,BMI低,空腹C肽水平低,尿微量白蛋白高,血钙、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);回归分析显示:低BMI、空腹C肽、血AST、高尿微量白蛋白、年龄是伴发OP的危险因素。结论高龄、胰岛功能差、低BMI、低AST、合并糖尿病肾病是T2DM伴发OP的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the risk factors related to osteoporosis in T2DM. Methods The patients were divided into OP group and non -group according to their bone mineral density.The difference in age,BMI,course of disease,HbA1c,fasting plasm glucose,fasting C peptide,microalbuminuria,serum Ca,P,liver function,blood lipid was compared,and made regression analysis. Results Compared with those in non-OP group,patients in OP group had older age,longer course of disease,lower BMI,lower fasting C peptide,higher microalbuminuria,lower Ca,AST,ALT,GGT,higher HDL-C,which indicated the differences were statistically significant ( P 0.05 or P 0.01).The regression analysis results showed that lower BMI,fasting C peptide,AST,higher microalbuminuria,age were the risk factors. Conclusion Old age,poor islet function,low BMI,low AST,and diabetic nephropathy are the risk factors contributing to OP in T2DM.
