类风湿关节炎患者血清TL1A和IL-17的测定及相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测类风湿关节炎(RA)患者和健康志愿者血清肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A(TL1A)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平,分析其与实验室和临床指标之间的相关性,探讨其临床意义。方法采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测50例RA患者和50例健康志愿者血清TL1A和IL-17水平,分析RA患者血清TL1A及IL-17水平与炎症和临床症状之间的关系。结果 RA患者血清TL1A和IL-17浓度分别为(1031.8±634)pg/ml和(257.07±84.88)pg/ml,明显高于健康志愿者(309.46±59.64)pg/ml和(116.12±35.31)pg/ml(P<0.05),TL1A和IL-17与患者的血沉、C反应蛋白、疾病活动度、肿胀关节数、压痛关节数和疾病疼痛评分均呈正相关(P<0.05),与类风湿因子RF无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 RA患者血清TL1A和IL-17水平明显升高,且与炎症指标及病情严重程度密切相关。 Objectove To analysis the relationship between serum TL1A and IL-17 levels and other laboratory and clinical data by testing serum TL1A and IL-17 levels of RA patients and healthy volunteers,and evaluate the clinical significance of serum TL1A and IL-17 levels in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods 50 cases of RA patients and healthy volunteers were collected respectively, the level of serum TL1A and IL -17 was measured by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlation between the level of serum TL1A, IL-17 and the data of laboratory and clinical was analyzed. Results The level of serum TL1A and IL-17[(1031.8±634) pg/ml and (257.07±84.88)pg/ml respectively)] was significantly elevated in RA patients compared with healthy volunteers [(309.46 ±59.64) pg/ml and (116.12±35.31) pg/ml], the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The laboratory and clinical data of RA patients were significantly elevated compared with healthy volunteers ( P 0.01). There was a positive correlation be- tween the level of serum TL1A, IL-17 and inflammatory markers(ESR,CRP) as well as clinical data(SJC,TJC,VAS) ( P 0.05), but no correlation with RF (P 0.05). Conclusion The level of serum TL1A and IL-17 is significantly elevated in RA patients compared with healthy volunteers. There is a positive correlation between the level of serum TL1A, IL-17 and inflammatory markers as well as severity of illness.
