无水乙醇注射法治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的效果观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of absolute ethanol injection on simple breast cyst

目的探讨无水乙醇注射法治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿的临床效果。方法将85例患者随机分为观察组(49例)和对照组(36例),观察组采用无水乙醇注射法治疗,对照组采用单纯囊腔穿刺抽液法治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.9%,明显优于对照组的86.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用无水乙醇注射法治疗单纯性乳腺囊肿疗效显著,具有创伤小、费用低、简便、见效快等优点,且不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of absolute ethanol injection on simple breast cyst. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into observation group （49 cases） and control group （36 cases）.The observation group was treated with absolute ethanol injection and the control group was treated with puncture in simple cyst cavity. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.9%,which was obviously better than the control group （86.1%）,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of absolute ethanol injection is obvious for simple breast cyst with small trauma,low cost,simple and quick effect, and mild adverse reactions, which is worth of clinical promotion.
