摘要
目的研究刺五加的水溶性成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂、凝胶、反相硅胶柱和制备型HPLC等色谱技术对刺五加水提取物进行化学成分分离,并运用质谱、核磁等波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到5个化合物,经鉴定分别为:4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸、3-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸、5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸、4-O-阿魏酰基奎宁酸、3-O-阿魏酰基奎宁酸。结论刺五加水提物中含有大量的奎宁酸系列衍生物。
Objective To study the water soluble constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods The chemical constituents were studied by means of macroporous resin, SOL-GEL, reverse phase silica gel column and PHPLC. The compounds were elucidated by magnetic resonance spectroscopy, which included ESI-MS,NMR, and so on. Results Five compounds were isolated from this plant and were determined as 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 4-O-feruloylquinic acid, 3-O-feruloylquinic acid respectively. Conclusion The water-extract of acanthopanax senticosus is rich in quinic acid derivative.
