养血疏风汤治疗神经性头痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of Yangxueshufeng decoction in treatment of neuropathic headache

目的探讨养血疏风汤治疗神经性头痛的临床效果。方法抽取2011年2月～2012年2月本院收治的神经性头痛患者30例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组15例,对照组患者给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗,治疗组患者给予养血疏风汤治疗,3个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的临床有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(53.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血疏风汤治疗神经性头痛的临床效果显著,为临床对该病的治疗提供一定的参考。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxueshufeng decoction in treatment of neuropathic headache. Methods Thirty cases of patients with neuropathic headache admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected and randomly assigned into control group and treatment group, 15 cases respectively. The control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, while the treatment group was treated with Yangxueshufeng decoction. The clinical effect of both groups was observed after three courses of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy rate （93.3% ） of patients in treatment group was markedly higher than that of control group （53.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Yangxueshufeng decoction has notable clinical effect and provides certain reference value for the treatment of neuropathic headache.
