摘要
埋藏式心律转复除颤器(ICD)已被证明其具有防止心源性猝死的效果,然而由于ICD术后电风暴(VES)预后差,处理棘手,已成为现代医学面临的一个重要问题。本文通过对1例ICD术后电风暴患者成功抢治的阐述分析,强调了艾司洛尔治疗电风暴的重要性及必要时联合利多卡因等抗心律失常药物的关键性。
Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator（ICD） has been proven to effectively prevent the sudden cardiac death, however,due to the poor prognosis of ICD postoperative ventricular electrical storm （VES）, VES has became a tricky problem confronted by the modern medicine.This article based on the analysis of successful treatment of a patient with ICD postoperative VES, emphasizes the importance of Esmolol to treat VES and the combination of antiarrhythmia medicine,such as Lidocaine,when necessary.
