高频电刀对疝气手术切口愈合的临床效果

Clinical effect of high-frequency electric scalpel on wound healing of hernia operation

目的探究高频电刀对疝气手术切口愈合的影响,总结高频电刀和普通手术刀的适用范围。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的88例疝气患者的临床资料,将运用高频电刀的22例疝气患者作为实验组,将运用普通手术刀进行手术的66例疝气患者作为对照组。观察两组患者术后切口的愈合程度,以此具体分析高频电刀和普通手术刀的适用范围。结果运用高频电刀患者的甲级愈合率显著低于运用普通手术刀进行手术的患者(P<0.05),且脂肪液化、切口感染、皮下出血的发生率显著高于运用普通手术刀进行手术的患者(P<0.05)。结论虽然高频电刀的相关技术已经日渐成熟,但是进行疝气手术时,高频电刀会显著影响伤口愈合。运用普通手术刀,患者伤口的愈合情况良好,只有患者病情危急,以防过量失血时,才可以适当使用高频电刀。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency electric scalpel on wound healing of hernia operation,and summarize the scope of application of high-frequency electric scalpel and general scalpel. Methods Clinical data of 88 cases of hernia patients,who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012. 22 cases used high-frequency electric scalpel were chosen as experimental group,66 cases used general scalpel were chosen as control group.Postoperative wound healing was observed in two groups.And the scope of application of high-frequency electric scalpel and general scalpel were hereby concretely analyzed. Results Class-A healing rate of patients operated by high-frequency electric scalpel was significantly lower than that of patients operated by general scalpel （ P 0.05）. And the occurrence rate of fat liquefaction,incision infection,subcutaneous bleeding was significantly higher than that of patients operated by general scalpel （P 0.05）.Conclusion Although the related technology of high-frequency electric scalpel has matured,but it will significantly affect wound healing in hernia operation.The wound healed well by using general scalpel.Just when patient in critical condition,high-frequency electric scalpel can be appropriately used to prevent the excessive loss of blood.
