睾酮对勃起功能障碍患者的影响研究

Influence study of testosterone on patients with erectile dysfunction

目的探讨睾酮对阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的影响。方法将48例临床勃起功能障碍患者分为<45岁组(30例)和>45岁组(18例)。无创方法检测每位患者反射性勃起、心因性勃起、夜间勃起的状况。补充外源性睾酮2周后评价ED的改善状况,同时检测反射性勃起、心因性勃起、夜间勃起的改善情况。结果补充外源性睾酮后ED的改善状况,<45岁组(30例)改善更为显著,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较各组间反射性勃起、心因性勃起、夜间勃起的改善情况,<45岁组(30例)的改善比例显著高于>45岁组(18例)。结论对于睾酮较低的ED患者,由于年轻人对睾酮的敏感性较好,睾酮替代治疗(TST)效果明显。

Objective To investigate the influence of testosterone on erectile dysfunction （ED）.Methods In the light of age,the patients with ED were divided into two groups,less than 45 years old group （ n=30） and over 45 years old group （n=18）.The states of reflex erection （RE）,psychogenic erection （PE）,and nocturnal penile tumescence （NPT） in each patient were tested by non-invasive methods.After 2-week supplementation of exogenous testosterone,the improvement of ED was evaluated as well as the conditions of RE,PE,and NPT were tested.Results The improvement of ED after supplementing exogenous testosterone in 45 years old group was more remarkable than that in 45 years old group （P 0.05）.The proportions of improvement of RE,PE,and NPT in 45 years old group were much higher than those in 45 years old group.Conclusion In the treatment of ED patients with lower testosterone levels,the testosterone supplement therapy can obtain an obvious effect on young people because they are more sensitive to testosterone compared with the older.
