混合丁烯在超临界-近临界相态的齐聚反应 被引量:3

摘要 在混合丁烯齐聚过程中 ,用超临界 (SPC)和近临界 (SBC)相态结合的反应技术 ,解决丁二烯与不同丁烯异构体之间反应速率相差悬殊而引起的催化剂迅速失活的问题。使用固体磷酸盐为催化剂 ,用实验数据建立临界参数与混合丁烯转化率关系模型 ,并绘制成曲线。利用临界参数曲线可以选择和调节反应物流相态 ,从而取得理想的结果。对比试验表明 ,SPC-SBC相态结合的反应 ,催化剂寿命长 ,混合丁烯转化率和二聚物辛烯选择性高。 Supercritical(SPC) subcritical(SBC)reaction technology is introduced to solve the catalyst rapid deactivation problem caused by great difference of reaction rates between butadiene and butylene isomers in oligomerization of mixed butylenes T 99 solid phosphoric acid catalyst was used The model referring to the relationship between conversion of butylenes and critical pressures and temperatures was established based on experimental data According to the composition of raw materials,the optimum phase state of reactant fluid of either SPC or SPC SBC was choosen Results indicated that conversion of butylenes descended continually within 100 h of running time,in spite of temperature increased from 160 ℃ to 200 ℃ for reaction under gas liquid phase state,while for reaction under SPC SBC phase state,the conversion remained constant around 185 ℃ and the life test already went through 560 h Higher selectivity of dimer(octene) was obtained under SPC SBC state,i e P R=1 1, T R=0 96, s (C 8)=90 97%,in contrast with the test under gas liquid phase and at the same temperature of P R=0 63, T R=0 96, s (C 8) was only 80 93 %
