老年高血压患者降压治疗中可能并发低血压,原因为假性高血压、体位性低血压,餐后低血压,季节变化、伴随疾病和不适当用药引起的低血压。低血压可导致心脑肾等重要脏器灌注不足,甚至发生脑卒中、心肌梗死等严重并发症。因此,及时发现老年高血压患者治疗中的低血压,给予相应治疗已显得十分重要。
