摘要
文中调查分析了我国严寒地区地下空间开发利用的效益状况。并从定性和定量两方面对总效益进行了综合评价。
In this paper, the benefits of development and utilization of underground space in the severe cold regions in China were investigated and analysed. A comprehensive appraisal on the general benefits of underground space was also given on the basis of both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
