热痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察热痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的影响,初步揭示热痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和弗氏不完全佐剂诱导胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤为对照,观察热痹康汤对各组大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3水平的影响。结果:热痹康汤能降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的水平,作用优于甲氨蝶呤(P<0.05)。结论:热痹康汤能下调胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清基质金属蛋白酶-3的水平,这是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。 Objective: To observe the effects of Rebikang decoction on matrix metalloproteinase -3 of rats with collagen-induced arthritis, initially revealing the mechanism of Rebikang Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The CIA rat model was induced by bovine collagen type II and Freund's incomplete adjuvant to observe the effect of Rebikang Decoction on serum matrix metalloproteinase -3 levels in rats with methotrexate as the control. Results: The Rebikang decoction could reduce the level of serum MMP-3 in CIA rats, whose effect was better than that of the methotrexate (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The Rebikang decoction could reduce the level of serum matrix metalloproteinase -3 in CIA rats, which was one of the mechanisms in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
