电脑中频通痹止痛液离子导入为主治疗强直性脊柱炎34例

On the Treatment of 34 Cases with Ankylosing Spondylitis mainly by Computer Mid-band Iontophoresis of Tongbi Zhitong Liquid

目的:观察电脑中频通痹止痛液离子导入对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:将64例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例。治疗组给予电脑中频通痹止痛液离子导入加消炎止痛药联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗;对照组单纯接受消炎止痛药联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。第0,2,4,6周对两组疗效进行对比。结果:6周后对照组达到ASAS20改善程度受试者的比例显著低于治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:电脑中频通痹止痛液离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效较单纯西药治疗为好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of computer mid-band iontophoresis of Tongbi Zhitong Liquid in the treatment of 34 cases with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 64 cases with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （34 cases） treated by computer mid-band iontophoresis of Tongbi Zhitong Liquid combined with anti-inflammatory drugs and sulfasalazine and the control group （30 cases） treated with anti-inflammatory drugs combined with sulfasalazine, comparing the efficacy of the two groups after 0, 2, 4 and 6 weeks. Results： After 6 weeks, the proportion of the subjects reaching ASAS20 improving standards in the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis by computer mid-band iontophoresis of Tongbi Zhitong Liquid was better than that with simple western medicine.
