加减补阳还五汤联合柳氮磺吡啶及美洛昔康片治疗强直性脊柱炎48例

On the treatment of 48 Cases with Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Sulfasalazine and Meloxicam Tablets in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察加减补阳还五汤联合柳氮磺吡啶及美洛昔康片治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:前瞻性研究强直性脊柱炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组51例和对照组39例。治疗组给予加减补阳还五汤联合柳氮磺吡啶及美洛昔康片治疗,对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶及美洛昔康片治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效及生化指标改变情况。结果:84例患者获得随访,随访率93.30%,其中治疗组48例,对照组36例。治疗6个月后,两组患者在晨僵时间、Schber试验、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数、Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数均比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:加减补阳还五汤联合柳氮磺吡啶及美洛昔康片治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sulfasalazine and meloxicam tablets in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： Prospectively studied 90 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into the treatment group （51 patients） treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sulfasalazine and meloxicam tablets and the control group （39 patients） treated with sulfasalazine and meloxicam tablets. The clinical curative effect and the biochemical index change were observed before and after treatment were observed. Results： 84 patients--48 of the treatment group and 36 of the control group, were followed up, with the followup rate 93.30%. After 6-month treatment, the time of morning stiffness, Sch^ber Test, ESR, C- reactive protein, functional index and the disease activity index of Bath ankylosing spondylitis were significantly improved than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, with the index improvement of the treatment group being better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the effective rate of clinical treatment of the treatment group being higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the adverse reactions being less than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with sulfasalazine and meloxicam tablets was a safe and effective method in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
