酯交换法合成甲基丙烯酸高碳烷基酯

Synthesis of Higher Carbon Alkyl Methacrylates by Ester Interchange

采用酯交换工艺 ,有机锡为催化剂 ,进行了甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸 -2 -乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸正癸酯、甲基丙烯酸正十二醇酯等高碳烷基酯合成反应过程的研究。考察了催化剂用量和原料配比等工艺条件对反应结果的影响。在较佳条件下 ,反应转化率大于 99 5% ,产品收率大于 96 0 % ,产品纯度大于 99 5%。

The synthesis of butyl,2-etheylhexyl,decyl and dodecyl methacrylates by ester interchange was studied.A suitable system of catalyst and inhibitor was obtained.The influence of reaction conditions on reaction results was examined.Under optimum conditions,the converison is over 99.5%,yield over 96.0% and product purity over 99.5%.
