黄炎培职教思想对民国时期职业教育影响的实证分析——以宁波公立甲种商业学校为例

The Effect of Huang Yanpei’s Idea on Vocational Education in the Period Immediately after Qing Dynasty——With Ningbo First-class Public Business School as an Example

黄炎培提出的职业教育的本质、目的、教学方针、教学原则、课程设置和道德规范指导着民国初期职业教育的开展,宁波公立甲种商业学校的办学也切实实践着黄炎培的职教思想,综观黄炎培职教思想以及学校早期办学的实践,坚持学生为本的办学理念、构建立体多维的育人体系、弘扬与时俱进的创新精神将极大地推进高职教育的发展。

The vocational education in the period immediately after Qing Dynasty was guided by the essence, purpose, teaching policy, teaching principle, curriculum arrangement and moral standard by Mr. Huang Yanpei, which was also true of the Ningbo First-class Public Business School. An overall summary of Huang＇s system and his early practice shows that a great promotion of higher vocational education is bound to result from the concept of everything for students, the establishment of a multi-dimensional training system and the popularization of innovated spirit abreast with the times.
