髁突组织工程的研究进展

摘要 组织工程是修复组织缺损的有效手段之一,组织工程技术为修复颞下颌关节疾病开辟了新的途径。近年来,利用组织工程方法修复颞下颌关节髁突的实验研究取得显著的成果。本文就髁突种子细胞、支架材料、细胞因子及培养方式在构建髁突组织工程中的研究进展作一综述。 Tissue engineering is one of the effective ways to repair the tissue defect. Tissue engineering provides the revolutionary possibility for curing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. In recent years, the use of tissue engineering experimental study on repair and reconstruction of TMJ condyle achieved success. The purpose of this review is to provide a summary of advances relevant to tissue engineering of mandibular condyle, and to serve as a reference for future research in this field. The tissue engineering of mandibular condyle is reviewed, consisting of cell sources, growth factors, scaffolds, and the methods of culture.
