Innovation Research on Urban Community Public Safety Governance Model——Based on the Integrated Governance Theory

基于当前我国社会管理创新的现实需要,研究城市社区公共安全治理成为提高基层政府执政能力的要求,对促进政府应急管理工作在基层的贯彻和落实有着积极的作用。本研究的目标是汇聚城市社区公共安全治理的关键概念和理论思想,构建具有前瞻性和实用性的城市社区公共安全治理新模式。

Based on the practical needs of public governance innovation currently, the study of urban community public safety governance has become the requirement to local governments in order to improve their governing ability, which also plays active role for the enforement of government emergency administration in local areas. This study aims to gather key concepts and theory in the area and construct prospective and practical urban community public safety governance model.
