一种高量子效率Nd^(3+)有机配合物的合成、表征及发光性能研究 被引量:2

Synthesis,characterization and luminescence properties of a high quantum efficiency Nd^(3+) organic complex

摘要 合成一种新型Nd3+有机配合物,以不含C-H的五氟丙酸(C3F5COOH)为第1配体,仅含4个C-H的2-氨基-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶(Tfpy)为第2配体。配合物的紫外(UV)谱、红外(FT-IR)谱和核磁共振H(1 H HMR)谱表明,所有配体和Nd3+成功配位。制备了配合物溶于氘代二甲亚砜(DMSO-d6)的溶液,测试了溶液的紫外-可见-近红外(UV-Vis-NIR)吸收谱、荧光谱以及荧光寿命,并对溶液体系进行Judd-Ofelt(J-O)计算,得到3个强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、激发态寿命τr和受激辐射截面σem。Ω2=1.083×10-20 cm2,表明配合物中Nd3+与配体的配位键离子性较强。配合物实测荧光寿命τ=8.3μs,激发态寿命τr=541μs,因此Nd3+在这种有机液体体系中荧光量子效率可达1.53%。1 064nm处受激辐射截面σem约2.696×10-20 cm2。相对于同类Nd3+有机液体激光材料,此体系的实测荧光寿命、量子效率和受激辐射截面均较高,可以和文献报道的无机材料相媲美。研究表明,此材料将是非常有潜力的液体激光介质。 High quantum efficiency Nd^3+ fluorescent organic complex has a wide range of applications. A novel Nd^3+ organic complex was synthesized, with pentafluoropropionie acid(having no C-H) as the first ligand and 2-amino-3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl) pyridine (with only four C-H bonds) as the second ligand. The structure of the complex is characterized by ultraviolet (UV) spectra,Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra and 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The solution of complex dissolved in DMSO-d6 was prepared. Ultraviolet visible near infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) spectrum, emission spectrum and fluorescence decay curves of the solution are tested, and Judd-Ofelt (J-O) analysis is carried out. Smaller Ω2 (1. 083×10^-20 cm^2) indicates that the coordinating between fluorescent rare earth ions and the innermost ligand is ionic. The measured fluorescent lifetime is about 8. 3μs. With the theoretical lifetime of τt = 541μs, the fluorescent quantum efficiency is evaluated to be about 1.53%. The stimulated emission cross-section of Nd^3+ at 1064 nm is about 2. 696 × 10^-20 cm^2. Compared with the previous similar Nd^3+ organic systems,this complex has longer fluorescence lifetime, higher quantum efficiency and larger stimulated emission cross-section, which is as good as some reported ionrganic materials. This complex will be a promising material for liquid laser application.
