摘要 壬基酚(Nonylphenol,NP)作为一种工业污染物,在环境中具有高度生物蓄积性,人群可通过食用被污染的水,水生动物、乳汁等食物接触NP,NP的雌激素样作用能干扰多种动物的生殖、免疫和内分泌等系统,导致胚胎发育毒性、生殖毒性、免疫毒性和神经毒性等。其毒性机制包括:诱导细胞凋亡、影响胚胎期器官分化相关基因的表达和影响细胞间的信号传递以及内分泌代谢器官产生脂质过氧化损伤等。本文从整体和细胞水平介绍NP对机体的毒性影响及其作用机制。 Nonylphenol(NP),as an industrial pollutant,has been characterized as high bio-cumulated.The inhabitants were contacted with NP by the means of drinking polluted water,eating polluted meats of aquatic animals and milk.As effected as likely environmental estrogen,it interferes with the reproductive,immune and endocrine systems of many kinds of animals,and induces embryonic toxicity,reproductive toxicity,immunotoxicity and neurotoxicity,etc.Its toxic mechanisms includes: inducing apoptosis,disrupting the relevant genetic expression of embryonic organ differentiation and intercellular signaling,as well as the lipid peroxidation damage of endocrine organs.This study discussed the toxic effects of NP on the organisms and its toxic mechanism from the general and cellular levels.
