摘要
采用阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精对紫外光接枝丙烯酸的亚麻织物进行染色,绘制了不同温度的上染速率曲线,计算了扩散系数、半染时间、平衡吸附量、染色速率常数、扩散活化能等动力学参数.结果表明:随着温度的升高,扩散系数增大、半染时间减小、平衡吸附量增大、染色速率常数增大;阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精在紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物上的扩散活化能较小,扩散速率较高.
The acrylic acid photografted linen fabric was dyed using cationic dye (C.I. Basic Violet 10). The dyeing rate curves at different temperature were drawn and the diffusion coefficients, half-dyeing time, equi- librium adsorption capacity, dyeing rate constant, diffusion activation energy and other kinetics parameters were determined. The results showed that diffusion coefficient, equilibrium adsorption capacity and dyeing rate constant increased, and the half-dyeing time decreased with the increment of temperature. The smaller diffusion activation energy and higher dyeing rate of the cationic dye were found for acrylic acid photografted linen fabric.
