摘要
探讨了用高效液相色谱法测定氨纶中抗氧剂1790的方法.采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,V(甲醇):V(水)=90:10作为流动相,在流速为0.7mL/min、波长为274nm的检测条件下,抗氧剂1790在0.26-10.4mg/mL内线性关系良好,检出限为0.076mg/mL.该方法操作简便,分析速度快,重复性好.
A method for the determination of antioxidant 1790 in spandex by HPLC was discussed. The determination conditions were as follows: C18 column (Agilent Zorbax SB-C18, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), UV detector at 274 nm, the mobile phase was V(methanol):V(water)=90:10, the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min. Lineari- ty of antioxidant 1790 regression equation was achieved on the range of 0.26-10.4 mg/mL The detection lim- its was 0.076 mg/mL. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible.
