摘要
探讨了用高效液相色谱法测定氨纶中抗氧剂1790的方法．采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，V（甲醇）：V（水）=90：10作为流动相，在流速为0．7mL／min、波长为274nm的检测条件下，抗氧剂1790在0．26-10．4mg／mL内线性关系良好，检出限为0．076mg／mL．该方法操作简便，分析速度快，重复性好．
A method for the determination of antioxidant 1790 in spandex by HPLC was discussed. The determination conditions were as follows： C18 column （Agilent Zorbax SB-C18, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）, UV detector at 274 nm, the mobile phase was V（methanol）：V（water）=90：10, the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min. Lineari- ty of antioxidant 1790 regression equation was achieved on the range of 0.26-10.4 mg/mL The detection lim- its was 0.076 mg/mL. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible.
