影响染色小样放大样准确性的因素分析与对策

摘要 染色小样放大样准确率低,影响因素主要是大小样之间纤维的差异、染色半制品质量的差异以及染料、助剂质量的不稳定性、染色温度的不正确性、染浴pH的波动性、施加染色助剂的随意性与染色时间的不充分性。实践证明,对症下药采取措施,可以使染色小样放大样的一次成功率得到有效提高。 The dyed accuracy from hand sample to bulk sample was low, and the main factors were the fiber difference between hand sample and bulk sample, the quality difference of the semi-dyed fabric, the quality instability of dye and auxiliaries, the wrong dyed temperature, the pH change of dyeing bath, the randomness of the auxiliaries and the insufficiency of dyeing time. Practice has proven that the dyed accuracy from hand sample to bulk sample could be improved via appropriate methods.
