摘要 用ClO2对棉织物进行漂白,考察了不同pH,ClO2工作液的氧化还原电位、pH变化对漂白织物的棉籽壳去除率、吸水性、白度和降强率等指标的影响。结果表明,降低ClO2溶液的pH有助于增强其氧化能力;在漂白过程中,工作液的pH是一个重要的影响因素。在ClO2质量浓度为8g/L、80℃、pH=3~5的条件下,棉织物白度为70%左右,棉籽壳去除率100%,织物降强率小于5%,吸水性也有一定改善。 Chlorine dioxide was used to cotton fabric bleaching. The redox potential of chlorine dioxide solution has been investigated under different pH. The influence of pH change on bleached cotton fabric indexes, such as cottonseed hull removal rate, water absorbency, whiteness and strength drop rate were also studied. The experimental results revealed that chlorine dioxide solution pH was an important factor in bleaching procedure, and reducing pH could enhance the oxidative ability of working solution. Within the chlorine dioxide 8 g/L, temperature 80 ℃ and pH limits of 3 - 5, the whiteness of the treated cotton fabric was about 70%, the removal rate of cottonseed hull was 100%, the strength drop rate was less than 5%, and the absorbency was also improved in some degree.
