摘要
以一法兰注塑制品为例,利用Moldflow有限元分析软件分析,得到了法兰注塑制品产生收缩和翘曲的主要原因是收缩。根据注塑成型的4个主要参数,以正交实验为实验方法,再次利用Moldflow有限元分析软件对各个注塑参数组合进行模拟分析,对实验结果数据进行方差分析和信噪比分析,得到最优工艺参数组合。经模拟实验,熔料温度对收缩和翘曲的影响较为显著。
Taking flange product as the sample, finite element analysis software Moldflow was used to research the main reason about shrinkage and warpage. According to four key parameters about injection process, the orthogonal experiment method was chosen to design the experimental method. The Moldflow software was used to simulate the experiment with each kind group of process parameters. The experiment data with R square and S/N method was analyzed to get the best process parameters group. And the optimal combination of process parameters were obtained. According to this experiment, the temperature of melt material impacts on the shrinkage and warpage significantly.
