摘要
针对棕榈空果串(EFB)的特点,提出了为满足制浆造纸、织毯等用途的专用分丝处理设备以达到原料备料要求,该设备采用了双辊啮合剪切的原理,并设计了特殊形状的啮合刀片达到剪切分丝的效果,同时匹配不同的速度以达到产量需求;在工厂试验数据分析的基础上,确定了其产量及可配套的制浆生产线规模,对棕榈油厂榨油后的空果串废物利用设备选型及国内投资商开拓东南亚市场,利用其资源制浆造纸等有较好的参考和指导意义。
The characteristics of empty fruit bunches (EFB) of palm tree were introduced. It pointed out the basic equipment for EFB shredding was used in order to achieve the raw material preparation requirements, so that the EFB fibers could be used to weaving or making pulp and paper. This equipment adopted the double roller mesh shear principle, and designed a meshing blade with special shape to achieve shearing and devillicate effects, and also matched different speed to meet production demand at the same time. Based on the test data, it confirmed its yield and supporting pulp production line scale. It has a great reference and guidance for all of the palm oil factories to treating the EFB wastes and for domestic investors to opening up the markets of Southeast Asia, and especially for a pulp or papermaking factory to using those kinds of material resources.
