摘要
直流他励电机由于其调速性能好、机械特性硬,在各类工程设备上具有广泛应用。文中综合应用电枢调压调速和励磁弱磁调速这两种他励电机调速方法,研制一种电动叉车用直流他励电机调速控制器。软件仿真和实际试验都表明:综合利用调压调速和弱磁调速可以使电机从低速启动到基速再到最高速度,全调速范围内具有良好的静动态特性。
Separately excited DC motors are widely used in engineering equipment for its good performance of speed adjusting performance and hard mechanical properties. A speed controller of separately excited DC motors used in electric forklift was researched with two speed adjusting methods of armature voltage regulating and field weakening. The software simulation and practical test shows that the controller with two methods of armature voltage speed adjusting and field weakening speed adjusting has good static and dynamic characteristics in full adjusting range of starting stage, regular speed and maximum speed.
