摘要
提出了利用实验构建制曲池通风及热回收设备的运行效率和热水产量数学模型的方法,结合天气预报数据,预估出设备运行的最佳时段,使设备中的热泵机组在满足热水需求的情况下高效地运行。同时为曲料池通风及热回收集成设备设计了控制系统算法,协调热泵的启停与新风比例的调节。
A experimental method to construct formula for operation effeciency and heat water production rate was proposed for the heat pump in the ventilation and heat recovery equipment for Koji making. Combining the formula with data from weather forecasting, the optimum operation time was estimated, and it guided equipment running at high effeciency while meeting the need of hot water. Also the equipment control algorithm was developed to coordinate on/off of heat pump and fresh air ratio adjusting.
