摘要
针对多品种多工艺制造特点,提出了车间作业调度的Agent-元胞自动机建模方法,建立了ACA的物理模型、演化模型,给出了车间调度的多目标函数,采用先进先出、先到先服务和最短(长)加工时间优先等综合演化规则,通过基于Swarm仿真平台的某公司加工车间实例演算与对比分析验证了算法与模型的适用性和可行性。
For the characteristics of multi-variety and multi-process manmacmrmg, a new ,. a automata modeling about the job shop scheduling was proposed, and the physical model and evolutionary model'was established, The multi-target function of the shop scheduling was presented. The rules of first-infirst-out, first come first served and the shortest (length) processing time priority were used as its evolution rules. Instance calculus and comparative analysis of the processing plant of a company based on the Swarm simulation platform verifies-the applicability and feasibility of the algorithm and model.
