摘要
在实验室研制了镍系轻油蒸汽预转化制取富甲烷气催化剂。考察了水碳比、温度、压力和空速对预转化反应过程的影响。结果表明 ,该催化剂适于以轻油为原料 ,在水碳摩尔比 1 .5~ 2 .5、入口温度 350~ 450℃、压力 2 .0~ 5.0MPa和空速 4.0h- 1 的条件下 ,生成含甲烷为 60 %~ 65%的富甲烷气。该催化剂具有优良的活性和选择性 ,可应用于制氢、化肥和城市煤气的生产过程中。
A nickel based naphtha steam pre reforming catalyst for methane enriched gas production was laboratory prepared. The influence of steam/carbon ratio, temperature, pressure and space velocity on reaction was investigated. The result showed that the prepared catalyst can be used for naphtha feed at a steam/carbon mole ratio of 1.5~2.5, a inlet temperature of 350~450 ℃, a pressure of 2.0~5.0 MPa and a space velocity of 4.0 h -1 to produce a methane content of 60~65v% gas. The catalyst possessed good activity, selectivity and stability. It can be used in the processes for hydrogen, fertilizer and town coal gas production.
