摘要
指出运用心理契约理论是提升物流企业人力资源管理效能的有效方法,在此基础上,通过分析物流企业人力资源管理中导致契约失衡的信息、承诺、沟通等因素,从员工的招聘、培训、激励等角度给出物流企业人力资源管理的契约构建路径。
In this paper, we proposed an effective method to improve logistics enterprise human resource management using the psychological contract theory and, through analyzing factors such as information, commitment and communication, etc., which could lead to c^ontract inequilihrium in the human resource management of the logistics enterprises, presented the path to construct the human resource management contract on the aspects of employee recruitment, training and motivation, etc.
