Comparison of Several Legal Issues in Maritime Cargo Transportation Contract in China and Singapore

中国与新加坡的国际海上货物运输制度既有相同之处,也存在很大差异,通过对两者海上运输合同的种类及订立、承运人的赔偿责任限额等方面进行比较研究,可以更好地了解新加坡海上货物运输合同的主要特点,对于两国当事人建立海上货物运输合同关系也具有现实的指导意义。

In this paper,we argued that, through comparing category, setup, carrier＇s liability for compensation, etc., of the maritime cargo transportation contract of China and Singapore, we could better grasp the major characteristics of the maritime cargo transportation contracts of Singapore.
