摘要
对催化裂化过程中过裂化反应的行为特点进行了较系统的研究 ,考察了过裂化反应对催化裂化产品分布以及氢转移反应和异构化反应的影响。结果表明 ,由反应温度升高引起的过裂化属于过度热反应 ,过裂化点后干气和焦炭产率明显增加 ,而液化气产率则匀速增加 ;由剂油比增加引起的过裂化属于过度催化反应 ,过裂化点后液化气和焦炭产率出现明显增加的趋势 ,但干气产率基本上没有变化。
The reaction behavior of overcracking in FCC process was studied in detail, and the effects of the overcracking operation on product distribution, as well as hydrogen transfer and isomerization reactions were discussed. The experiment results showed that high reaction temperature mainly leads to free radical thermal reaction, which dry gas and coke yields were observably increased but LPG yield was equably increased. High catalyst to oil ratio mainly leads to carbenium ion catalytic reaction, which LPG and coke yields were remarkably increased but dry gas yield was basically unchanged.
