Study on TPL Development Strategy of Shanxi Based on SWOT Analysis

浅析了陕西第三方物流发展的现状及其存在的主要问题,并运用SWOT方法对陕西第三方物流发展进行了分析,指出了其发展存在的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并针对具体情况提出了相关发展战略。

In this paper, we analyzed briefly the current status of the development of TPL in Shanxi as well as the major problems existing therein, then applied the SWOT analysis to the development of TPL in Shanxi, and finally proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
