中国铁路集装袋标准化问题的研究——基于运载工具装载效率

Study on Standardization of Railway Container Bags in China:Based on Carrier Loading Efficiency

分析我国现有的主要集装袋规格尺寸,确定以国家标准中注明的优先选用的集装袋标准作为重点研究对象,然后以载运工具的装载效率作为铁路集装袋的标准选择依据,从现场操作的便利性角度出发设计了横向、纵向和斜向三种基本装载方式,再利用画图软件绘制每一种运载工具、集装袋组合的最优装载方案图,并据此分析比较不同规格尺寸的集装袋的装载效率,最终推荐优先选用D=1 000mm规格尺寸的集装袋作为我国集装袋标准。

In this paper, we first analyzed the specification of the major container bags in China at the current stage and then, with the preferable container bag standard designated in national standards as the study object and with carrier loading efficiency as the basis in the standard selection, designed the basic loading methods which were horizontal, vertical and diagonal for the convenience of on-site operation. Then we used a drawing software program to develop the optimal loading plan for each combination of carrying vehicle and container bags and then after anal3,zing the loading efficiency of the container bags of different specifications, recommended to make the container bags with 13 value equaling lO00mm the national standard.
