摘要
首先对物流企业年金进行简介,之后利用平衡计分卡对物流企业年金评估体系进行了总结,分析了影响因素,最后按照平衡计分卡的财务、客户、内部运营、学习和成长四个层次,依次建立了物流企业年金绩效的评价系统。
In this paper, we first introduced the annuity of the logistics enterprises, then used the balanced scorecard to summarize the annuity evaluation system of the enterprises, analyzed the influence factors and finally in accordance with the four levels of the BSC, namely finance, customer, internal operation, learning and growth, established successively the evaluation system of the annuity performance of the logistics enterprises.
