跨国采购环境下的运输成本最优化模型探索——以某跨国公司上海分公司为例

Exploration of Optimization Model for Transportation Cost in Transnational Purchasing:In the Case of the Shanghai Branch of a Certain Multinational Company

分析了企业运输成本优化中涉及到的决策变量,通过实际企业案例,用线性规划法对这些变量进行建模分析,并运用企业2011年的基础数据对模型中的常量进行赋值,得出运输成本最优化的方案,与企业真实运行成本进行对比后,结果显示了模型决策的有效性。

In this paper, we analyzed the decision variables involved in the optimization of the enterprise transportation cost, then in an empirical case concerning a certain enterprise, used linear programming to model the variables and assigned value to the constants in the model on the basic data for the year 2011 of the enterprise, obtaining the solution that could ensure optimal transportation cost. Then by comparing the optimized cost with the actual operational cost of the enterprise, we demonstrated the effectiveness of the decision model.
