摘要 介绍了液 -液旋流分离器的操作参数、分离性能、能耗等技术指标 ,对其性能评价指标做了分析。在实践和理论分析的基础上 ,提出了高含水原油预分离旋流器分离性能的评价指标、能量消耗计算方法及综合性能评价指标。通过在辛二站的现场试验 ,研究了旋流器的压差 -流量关系、分流比 -压差比关系和处理效果与进口流量、分流比的关系 ,以及综合评价指标与进口流量的关系。由试验看出 ,在较大的流量范围内 ,进口流量对高含水预分离旋流器的分离性能影响不大 ,但分流比对分离性能的影响明显 ,应对分流比严格控制。旋流器的压降与进口流量的平方成正比 ,体积能耗随流量的增加而增大 ,因此综合评价指标随流量的增大而减小。为了在较低能耗下获得较好分离效果 ,应使旋流器在较小进口流量下工作。 The technical indexes of the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone, such as the operati ng parameters, separation performance and power consumption, are introduced, and the performance evaluation indexes are analyzed. The evaluation indexes, c alculation method of power consumption and comprehensive performance evaluation index of the dewatering hydrocyclone for separating high water-cut crude are de scribed. By means of the field tests, the relationship between the operating par ameters and the performance is investigated, including the pressure-flow rate r elation, split ratio-pressure differential relation, the relation between the s eparation effect and the inlet flow and split ratio, and the relation between th e comprehensive evaluation index and the inlet flow. Within a large flow range, the inlet flow has slight effect on the separation performance, while the split ratio has remarkable influence on the separation performance, therefore the spli t ratio should be controlled strictly. The pressure differential is proportional to the square of the inlet flow, and the power consumption increases with the i ncrease of the flow rate, therefore the comprehensive evaluation index decreases with the increase of the flow rate. To achieve better separation effect with lo wer power consumption, the hydrocyclone should be put into operation with minor inlet flow rate.
