Study on Competence Model of Mid-level Management of SMS Logistics Enterprises

以中小型物流企业中层管理人员作为胜任力模型的研究对象,通过查阅文献得到企业中层管理人员的胜任力要素并以中小物流企业为例进行实证研究,从而建立适用中小物流企业中层管理人员胜任力模型。

In this paper, with the mid-level managerial personnel of small-and-medium-sized enterprises as the object, we had an empirical study on the key factors of their capabilities by referring to relevant literatures and then established a competence model suitable for them.
