基于攀钢炼钢厂车间布局视角的SLP优化设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 以攀钢炼钢厂为研究对象,在年产650万t钢的背景下,首先分析其产品工艺流程并进行作业单位划分,采用系统布置设计法(SLP)分析其物流和非物流关系,以绘制车间的作业单位位置相关图;综合考虑炼钢车间工艺流程的各种限制因素,调整和修正位置相关图得出两套切实可行的布置方案,并对方案进行比较,以确定最佳的车间平面布置方案,进而为车间的整体布局优化提供指导。 In this paper, with the Pangang steel-making factory as the object and with the annual production target set at 6.50 million tons, we first analyzed its technical process and classified its operational units, and then used the SLP method to study its logistics and non-logistics relations to get the diagram depicting the relative position of the operational units in the workshops. Then we considered comprehensively the limitations in the technical processes of the workshops, adjusted the relative positions to get two practical plans for the layout of the workshops and finally compared the two to determine the optimal layout plan.
