以物流大赛为契机提高物流人才质量

Study on Logistics Competition as Opportunity to Improve Competence of Logistics Talents

针对物流类专业教学中存在的实践性教学不足、课程体系建设不科学、师资力量薄弱以及实训基地单薄等问题,提出以江西省物流大赛为契约优化物流专业建设,为提高物流人才质量提供保障。指出应围绕物流大赛,根据企业人才需求培养高质量物流人才的新模式。以企业作为人才质量的检验机构,对在企业实习的学生进行成长跟踪,给出评价,根据反馈信息对不足之处进行完善,进行良性循环,达到高校培养高质量物流人才的目的。

In this paper, in view of the problems in the teaching of the logistics major courses, we proposed to take the opportunity of the Jiangxi Provincial Logistics Skills Competition to optimize the construction of the logistics discipline and guarantee the quality of logistics talents. Then we pointed out that through the competitions, we should cultivate high-quality logistics talents that were needed by the enterprises and the enterprises could act as a testing institution for the quality of the logistics talents, and through the information feedback between the enterprises and the colleges, we could improve the quality of the students.
