聚丙烯亚胺-聚谷氨酸苄酯多臂接枝聚合物的制备及其结构表征 被引量:1

摘要 以第二代聚丙烯亚胺树状大分子(PPI)末端的氨基为引发剂,与L-谷氨酸苄酯的N-酸酐(BLG-NCA)进行开环聚合合成了多臂聚丙烯亚胺-聚谷氨酸苄酯聚合物,分别用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和GPC对聚合物结构进行表征。结果表明,PPI端氨基能够作为引发剂参与反应引发BLG-NCA开环聚合,并证实成功合成了多臂聚丙烯亚胺-聚谷氨酸苄酯聚合物。该聚合物有望成为新型的非病毒基因载体材料。 Multi-armed polypropylenimine dendrimer-poly (benzyl-L-glutamate) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA using primary amine-terminated polypropylenimine dendrimer (PPI) as the macroinitiator. Its chemical structure was characterized by IR, I H NMR, 13C NMR, and GPC analysis. The results showed that the primary amine of PPI participated in initiating the ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA monomer. And multi-armed polypropylenimine dendrimer-poly (henzyl-L- glutamate) was successful synthesized. The muhi-armed polymer might be a potential candidate as nonviral gene carriers.
