凝结水精处理再生系统改造的控制系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 凝结水精处理装置的安全、稳定运行对于锅炉的给水质量起着关键作用。对嘉兴发电厂凝结水精处理原有控制系统进行了升级改造。改造后的硬件配置增加了1套65160控制器、1台远程I/O站、1台工控机及相关网络配件,从而组成双机双网冗余控制系统;工程软件设计保留原有程序的设计风格,增加了新增设备的控制逻辑和数据,并整合到原控制程序中;监控画面中添加了新增设备的控制画面、标签数据库等,并整合优化到原监控画面;系统网络也进行了重新规划。改造后的系统投运至今,运行效果良好,值得其他项目借鉴。 The safety and stable operation of cordensate water fine treatment device plays a key role in the water supply quality of boiler. The existing control system Jiaxing Power Plant is upgraded. In hardware configuration, one set of 65160 controller, one remote I/O station, one of the IPC and related networking accessories are added to compose a dual machine and dual network redundant control system. In engineering software design, the design style of existing programs is retained, and the control logic and data of the newly added equipment are integrated into existing control programs. In monitoring displays, the control graphics, tag database of the new equipment are added in original displays and optimized. In addition, the re-regulation of the system network is accomplished. The improved system has been put into operation with excellent effects, and it is worth to be learnt by other projects.
