摘要
在Modbus信息结构的基础上,通过对CS3000和Tricon通信模块软硬件组态和Modbus通信实现途径的介绍,阐述了Modbus协议和通信之间的内在联系。在模拟量传输方面,给出了以无符号16bit整型数形式和以浮点数形式传输这两种方法。分析结果表明,该协议在化工生产中具有较大的应用价值和推广意义。
On the basis of Modbus message structure, through introducing the software/hardware configuration of communication module between CS3000 and Tricon, and the implementing path of Modbus communication, the internal relations between Modbus protocol and communication is expounded. Specifically, for transmission of analog value, two of the methods are given, i. e. , the unsigned 16 bit integer form, and the floating point number. It is indicated that the protocol possesses important applicable value and promotion significant in chemical industry.
