拱顶油罐罐顶传热系数的修正计算

Correction computation of heat transfer coefficient of dome type tank deck.

针对现行拱顶油罐罐顶传热系数计算公式与实际情况不太吻合 ,存在计算误差的问题 ,提出了带有修正参数Ψ的新计算公式。新计算公式是在分析拱顶油罐罐顶的传热过程并作了某些假设之后给出的 ,并就各传热过程的计算公式进行了综合推导。实例计算表明 ,用新的计算公式计算得到的拱顶油罐罐顶传热系数Kding比现行计算公式求得的值小 ,但却反映实际情况 ,因此建议用新公式替代现行计算公式。

A new calculating equation with corrected parameter ψ is presented sinc e there exists error in the current equation for calculating the heat transfer c oefficient of the dome type tank deck. This new equation is derived based on an analysis of the heat transfer process of the tank deck. An example of calculati on shows that, the heat transfer coefficient K ding calculated by the new equation is smaller than that calculated by the current equation, but it rev eals the actual condition.
