摘要
研制用于 1 ,2 -丙二醇空气氧化合成丙酮醛的负载型改性银催化剂。试验结果表明 :γ -Al2 O3是较好的催化剂载体 ;分别用Zn、Ba、P、K等元素对负载银催化剂进行改性 ,都可提高丙酮醛选择性 ,尤以Zn的效果最好。并发现这些改性组份间存在协同效应 ,同时用Zn、Ba、P、K对银催化剂进行改性 ,丙酮醛的选择性最高 ,当反应温度 30 0℃、丙二醇空速 1 0h- 1、氧醇摩尔比 1 1时 ,丙酮醛选择性可达 90 0 %。
Modified supported silver catalysts used for oxidation with air of 1,2-propylene glycol(PGO) to methylglyoxal(MGX) were prepared and their activities were evaluated.γ-Al_2O_3 is a suitable catalyst support because of its high mass and heat transfer rate.The yield of MGX can be improved by modifying Ag/γ-Al_2O_3 with Zn,Ba,P or K,with Zn producing the best result.There is a synergistic effect between these components when a highly active and selective supported silver-catalyst simultaneously modified with Zn,Ba,P and K was used for the oxidation of 1,2-propylene glycol at 300 ℃,PGO space velocity 10 h^-1,and n(O_2)/n(PGO)=1.1,the selectivity of methylglyoxal reached 90%.
