摘要
采用微波辐射引发聚合的方法 ,进行了顺丁烯二酸二丁基锡 (DBTM )与硬脂酸乙烯酯 (SAVE)的共聚反应研究。考察了共聚单体配比、无机载体种类及用量等对聚合转化率、聚合物特性粘数的影响 ,并与相应的热聚合进行了比较。证实了DBTM与SAVE在不同的反应体系及不同的聚合方式下反应活性不同。
Microwave irradiation copolymerization of dibutyltin maleate(DBTM) with stearic acid vinyl ester(SAVE)was investigated.The effect of mass ratio of monomer,amount and kind of reaction carrier(alumina or silica)on copolymerization conversion and inherent viscosity of copolymer obtained were systematically studied,and compared with the results obtained by relevent conventional thermopolymerization.The copolymers obtained may be used as heat stabilizer for PVC resin. [
