摘要
介绍了投球调剖的工作原理 ,分析了调剖球在注水管柱和井筒中的沉降和平移规律 ,计算了调剖球在炮眼附近受到的径向推力 ,测定了ABS小球的自由沉降速度及其在模拟井筒中的等速下降运动速度 ,探讨了影响投球调剖成功率的因素 ,为实施投球调剖工艺提供必要的理论依据。
The working principle of profile control by ball throwing is introduced. The settle and translation rules of profile control ball in water injection string and well bore are analyzed. The factors of influencing the success ratio of profile control by ball throwing are discussed based on the calculation of radial thrust near blast hole, the determination of ABS ball's free settling velocity and its constant descending movement velocity in simulated well bore. So that it may provide the necessary theory basis for profile control by ball throwing.
